In the dark it was quiet
And when i looked to the window,
I saw that a man was on fire.
The music surrounded me
Fast as a snake,
It was something like that of a choir.
I ran the the door
To see if he had any
Noticable chance of survival.
It was then that i glimpsed
The posture and stance
Of his highly superior rival.
I wanted to call
To let it be known
The severity of what she'd done.
But before my eyes
Was her twisted smile,
Half of hatred, half of fun.
She knew the evil
That was taking place
As his flesh boiled hotter still.
He screamed and he writhed
And he sputtered, and her
Without a single chill.
I stared in awe
And horror until
My gaze beheld the shadows,
Of another woman
Crawling to the ashes,
And it was then that i fathomed..
That though he seemed
To be the one
Melting on the pyre,
The woman who coerced the burning,
Was dying inside
By way of this liar.
Slowly the one
I thought was evil
Turned to walk away,
And i cant forget
The newfound hurt
I saw in her eyes, to this day.
It wasnt his heart
That she helped stop beating,
That was consuming her soul.
It was the agony
Of watching him abandon her heart
When she was too far to control.
So i turned around
With her and walked
Back inside my black-hole corner,
And i realized:
Sometimes the evil-dooer
Deep inside is really the mourner.

Ive lost so much feeling
But i STILL taste you on me
But i can stop and feel me in your arms
And smell you in my sheets
